02/01/2026 Join our progressive team as a Generative AI Machine Learning Expert, where you'll have the opportunity to develop innovative generative AI solutions that transform unstructured data into actionable insights. This hands-on position allows you to design, develop, and implement advanced applications that tackle real-world challenges. As a critical member of our team, you will work collaboratively with a diverse group of experts, leading key efforts throughout the model development, integration, and deployment phases to ensure our solutions are effective and impactful. In this role, you will work on a W2 basis to meet client needs. $40.00 to $48.00/hr. W2 Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and support LLM agents and tools using Python, TensorFlow, and other leading-edge machine learning frameworks.
Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, along with their AI/ML services, to train and deploy models effectively.
Optimize retrieval-augmented generation pipelines employing vector and graph databases.
Establish robust data processing workflows for cleansing and transforming unstructured data, including text and images.
Deploy state-of-the-art generative AI models like Gemini, Claude, or various GPT versions in production settings.
Collaborate within a structured engineering framework to achieve technical and quality standards.
Experience Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, or 1 year with a Master's degree, showcasing a strong foundation in machine learning and software development.
Hands-on experience with cloud AI/ML services for model training and deployment across AWS, GCP, or Azure platforms.
Proficiency in Python and TensorFlow, with familiarity in standard ML libraries for LLM-based applications.
Practical experience with generative AI models such as Gemini, Claude, or various GPT variants.
Experience with vector databases like Milvus or Postgres, along with an understanding of graph databases and representation techniques, including RAG.
Demonstrated ability to process and transform unstructured data from various sources, including text and imagery.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree in a STEM discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
