This Programme Manager role sits within a senior leadership environment, supporting executive decision-making, delivering strategic programmes, coordinating cross-functional projects, and managing high-level stakeholder engagement across a complex public sector organisation.
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)/Cork (Hybrid) Salary: €82,290 Contract: 15-month contract Key Responsibilities Drive delivery of strategic programmes and organisational priorities at executive level Support senior leadership with planning, reporting, and programme execution Prepare board papers, reports, and executive-level documentation Manage cross-functional projects and coordinate internal and external stakeholders Lead programme tracking, governance, and performance reporting Support executive decision-making through analysis and insight Essential Requirements Level 8 degree in Business, Project Management, or related discipline 5+ years experience in programme management, project management, or supporting senior leadership Strong stakeholder management across senior and cross-functional teams Experience delivering complex projects with multiple dependencies Excellent reporting, communication, and organisational skills Desirable Requirements Experience in public sector or regulated environment Exposure to governance, board reporting, or executive office functions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities Apply: Send your CV to Jane Ryan via the link below.
