Key Responsibilities Build strong relationships with business clients and understand their commercial goals Recommend tailored advertising and promotional solutions to drive growth Manage and optimise client campaigns to maximise performance and ROI Provide strategic guidance to improve customer engagement and sales outcomes Execute outbound sales activities (calls, emails, outreach) to generate new business Analyse campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities Consistently meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets What We're Looking For Fluency in German (C1-C2 or native) and English (C1-C2 or native) 2-4 years of relevant experience in sales, pre-sales, advertising, or business development Experience in outbound sales or cold calling is highly desirable Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools Degree in Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field (preferred) What's in It for You Competitive salary package with performance-driven environment Hybrid or remote working model Additional private health insurance Mental health and wellbeing support programs Access to fitness benefits (e.g.
