This is a hands on, varied role that offers exceptional exposure across multiple healthcare businesses and operational functions within the Group.
As an Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations across several Beacon entities, working across Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Facilities, and Administration.
You will help ensure our high standards are maintained and continuously improved, while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, multifaceted healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities: Provide operational and administrative support across Beacon Medical Group, including Beacon Renal, Beacon Care Fertility, Beacon Medical Distribution, and Beacon Hospital Car Park.
Act as a first point of support for operational issues across multiple sites, identifying risks and helping to resolve problems in a practical, solutions focused manner.
Support the general administration and facilities function of the Group, including office maintenance and coordination.
Assist with Quality Assurance programmes, audits, and accreditation processes.
Help manage the day-to-day running of the office, including stationery, filing systems, shared drives, and meeting rooms.
Coordinate procurement activities and service providers, including preventative maintenance schedules.
Prepare basic business analytics and operational reports to support decision-making.
Carry out additional duties as required, consistent with the level and scope of the role.
You will be a member of a small team with an all hands approach.
Requirements & attributes Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-driven mindset.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Proactive and curious, with an interest in continuous improvement.
