Drive results and production at every turn! Join Ideal Ready Mix as Plant Manager to manage the plant ensure quality deliveries, and guide your team to success.

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily plant operations, production, inventory, and delivery logistics
• Operate a Ready-Mix truck as needed to support deliveries
• Lead, train, and develop plant and driver staff
• Oversee safety programs and ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company policies
• Maintain trucks, equipment, and plant facilities in top condition
• Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure on-time, high quality deliveries

• High school diploma or GED (referred)
• CDL license with a clean driving record
• 2+ years experience operating a Ready-Mix plant and equipment
• Knowledge of concrete batching, mix designs, and production processes
• Leadership experience and strong communication skills
• Ability to pass post-offer drug screen, physical and background check
