We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving children and young adults with autism. Our work is deeply relationship-based, highly collaborative, and grounded in respect for each student’s strengths.
We are seeking a *licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)* to join our team part-time. This role is ideal for an OT who values connection, teamwork, and the opportunity to make a measurable difference in the daily lives of students.
*The Heart of This Role*
Our Occupational Therapist helps students develop the skills they need to engage in learning, build independence, and participate more fully at school and in life.
In this role, you will:
* Develop thoughtful, individualized IEP and ETR goals
* Attend and contribute meaningfully to IEP meetings
* Collaborate closely with our COTAs in a true team model
* Create quarterly progress reports grounded in data and clinical insight
* Conduct evaluations as needed
* Provide supervision to COTAs in accordance with Ohio licensure guidelines
* Support students’ sensory, motor, cognitive, social, and communication needs as they relate to real-world participation

Qualifications
* Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Master’s preferred)
* Current Ohio OTR/L license
* 1–2 years of pediatric experience (experience with autism preferred)
* Strong communication and collaboration skills

Pay: From $33.00 per hour
