10+ years as a Senior Software/Data Engineer or Software/Data Architect in large-scale enterprise transformation programs with a proven track record of architecting and building scalable, cloud-native solutions utilizing GenAI, machine learning, and advanced analytics, including experience with Agentic AI. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of GCP, AWS, and multi-cloud ecosystems. Experience with Vertex AI, Snowflake Cortex AI, Python, Streamlit, and React. Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks. Proficient in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), microservices, API management, and event-driven architectures. Knowledge of observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace) and secure deployment practices. Experience with GenAI-driven test automation and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker/OpenShift). Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire technical teams. Certifications:
Google Professional Cloud Architect and/or AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional (preferred). Soft Skills:
A strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a strong advocate for ethical AI governance. Preferred:
Knowledge of the insurance industry and experience with data integration tools (Informatica, Talend), data platforms (Oracle, Snowflake, S3, RDS), and data management techniques (cataloging, lineage, quality, MDM). Actual pay may vary, taking into account performance and demonstrated competencies required for the role. The base pay is one aspect of The Hartford's total compensation package for employees, which may include bonuses, incentives, and recognition programs.
