Position: Manufacturing Associate

Pay Rate: $16.50-$17/hour (Depending on shift)
Hire Type : Seasonal and Temp-To-Hire Positions

Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-6:30 PM (with an additional $0.50 shift differential after 2:30 PM).

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM (with an additional $0.50 shift differential after 2:30 PM)

Sunday-Thursday, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Location: Ft Madison IA

Job Responsibilities:

• Feed components onto assembly conveyors, hoppers, and machinery to ensure continuous production flow.
• Replenish and unload materials such as cardboard, glue, plastic wrap, bottles, caps, and labels to maintain a steady assembly process.
• Manually assemble packaging components including sprayers, caps, display units, and more for liquid packaging.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure product standards for packaging and display units.
• Maintain production line speed by actively participating in job activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Follow safety guidelines and participate in safety audits and programs to ensure a safe workplace for all employees.

Requirements:

No previous manufacturing experience is required. Training is provided.

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to be flexible for mandatory overtime as the season progresses.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform repetitive motions
• Must be a team player with the ability to work in small or large groups
