Customer Service Representative (Entry Level)

Schedule: On-site (Remote eligible after 90 days)

We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our team in Moorestown, NJ .

Important:
This position is NOT remote initially .

• On-site work is required for the first 90 days for training and onboarding

• Remote eligibility may be considered after successful completion of the 90-day introductory period , based on performance and business needs

• Handle all incoming and outgoing customer calls daily

• Respond to customer inquiries and take product orders

• Provide accurate product knowledge and exceptional customer service

• Communicate, sell, and promote products to customers
