Job Overview We are in search of a data science and advanced analytics expert who thrives on transforming fragmented, high-volume data into actionable insights, robust models, and significant business outcomes. You will spearhead extensive analytics projects, consolidating and integrating data from various sources, building predictive and statistical models, and converting findings into impactful recommendations for leadership. If you possess a blend of technical expertise (in Python, SQL, modeling, and cloud technologies) alongside exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit, this is the ideal role for you. Key Responsibilities Take charge of large data and analytics projects
that involve the integration of substantial data volumes across various platforms and sources.
Create processes and systems
to analyze unstructured and diverse big data sources, producing insights and solutions for service enhancement and product development.
Gather data from multiple sources
and conduct analyses to resolve complex business challenges.
Implement and maintain predictive and statistical models
focused on big data applications, ensuring their efficacy over time.
Analyze and interpret trends
within complex datasets to derive actionable insights and propose recommendations.
Utilize advanced statistical techniques
and analytics tools to interpret data and analyze results effectively.
Communicate findings clearly and effectively , enabling stakeholders to grasp results and make informed decisions rapidly.
Collaborate with business and technical teams
to prioritize requests and deliver a comprehensive analysis view.
Track and assess the outcomes
of applied recommendations, suggesting modifications as necessary.
Ensure compliance
with the organization’s standards for data acquisition and application of insights.
Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree
in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, computer science, engineering, or applied mathematics, or equivalent professional experience.
Six to eight years
of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills & Experience Strong analytical background with experience in
large, complex datasets
to identify trends and inform decision-making.
Practical experience in
advanced analytics, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling , including familiarity with machine learning fundamentals.
Proficiency in
Python
for analysis and modeling, along with strong
SQL
skills across relational and non-relational data sources.
Experienced in
data preparation, exploratory data analysis, and model evaluation , with a focus on data quality and reliability.
Adept at
translating analytical insights into compelling recommendations
using effective communication and visualization techniques.
Familiarity with
cloud-based analytics environments
(AWS or Azure) and a keen interest in modern analytics, including Generative AI.
Comfortable in a
collaborative, cross-functional environment
managing multiple priorities and initiatives.
Experience with
data visualization tools
(such as Power BI or Tableau) and
version control
systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
This role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, requiring in-office attendance of 3 or more days per week, with the opportunity to work remotely on other days.
