*Schedule: *Part-time | Two Days a week 8 am-6 pm | No weekends | No Holidays

Responsibilities:
* Evaluate, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
* Collaborate with our clinical team to deliver evidence-based, hands-on care
* Educate and motivate patients throughout their recovery journey
* Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with clinic and payer standards
Qualifications:
* Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Passion for patient care and building long-term relationships

New hires are eligible to receive 50% of sign on bonus *after completing the 90-day *probationary period and the *remaining 50% at 6 months* of continuous employment. Full bonus is contingent upon completing *12 months* of employment. If employment ends before 12 months, _*the full amount must be reimbursed.*_

Job Types: Part-time, PRN
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
