The Staking Validators team is vital to our operations, overseeing the largest fleet of validators in the world, focusing on onboarding, managing, and enhancing proof-of-stake network infrastructure. We are dedicated to building resilient infrastructure to ensure maximum security and uptime; observability and monitoring are key components of our strategy to maintain outstanding performance.

Job #: P69443 Pay Transparency Notice: The target annual salary for this position ranges from $152,405 to $179,300 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
