Adecco is currently hiring a full-time reliable and experienced Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to join our client's team in Richmond, BC. In this role, you will operate a forklift or Raymond Reach Truck, pick and pack automotive parts, and support daily warehouse operations. You should be safety-focused, detail-oriented, and able to meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pay Rate: $ 27.71/hour
  • Location: Richmond, BC
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday |5:00am-1:30pm PST
  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Operate a forklift or Raymond Reach Truck safely and efficiently
  • Pick and pack automotive parts according to order requirements
  • Use an RF scanner for picking, tracking, and order accuracy
  • Meet daily efficiency and quality KPIs
  • Perform shipper duties including labeling, packaging, and wrapping orders
  • Assist with general warehouse tasks such as sorting, organizing, and staging materials
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
  • Lift materials and products weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Follow all company policies and safety procedures at all times
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience operating a forklift or reach truck (required)
  • Prior warehouse experience (required)
  • Ability to use an RF scanner confidently
  • Experience with picking and packing orders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet daily quotas
  • Professional attitude and strong communication skills
  • Must be reliable and punctual for all scheduled shifts
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Steel-toe boots required
  • Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
