Establish and refine CI/CD pipelines in a cloud-based environment.
Contribute to shaping the company's development policies around methodologies, security, and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Communicate effectively with business partners and architects to assess and prioritize the technical and functional requirements of various systems.
Collaborate with distributed enterprise teams to deliver innovative business applications and capabilities.
Oversee API design, development, deployment, and versioning strategies supporting Omni-channel clients.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 12 years in software development.
At least 10 years of experience in Java, .NET, and Python.
A minimum of 6 years with databases and data modeling/design (SQL & NoSQL).
Additional Qualifications Experience with JavaScript frameworks and tooling preferred (4+ years).
Familiarity with big data and event streaming technologies preferred (4+ years).
Experience managing software development projects (8+ years preferred).
Experience leading software engineering teams (4+ years preferred).
Experience with cloud technologies, especially Azure, is a significant plus (2+ years preferred).
Experience in container and orchestration technologies preferred (2+ years).
Experience with build and CI/CD technologies preferred (2+ years).
Experience with scaled agile methodologies preferred (2+ years).
Experience with quality assurance technologies preferred (4+ years).
Experience with Unix Shell scripting preferred (4+ years).
Certifications in .Net, Java, Spring, or cloud technologies are a plus.
Experience in data management methodologies and serverless architectures is beneficial.
Experience in UI/UX development & design preferred (2+ years).
