Position Overview

BRestored is seeking a Production Manager to lead and execute residential roofing, restoration, and remodeling projects.

This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to company quality standards, while managing crews, subcontractors, and project flow across multiple jobs.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator with strong construction knowledge, leadership ability, and a clear understanding of job costing and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee projects from pre-construction through completion

· Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and production schedules

· Order materials and ensure all jobs are ready for execution

· Monitor job costs and maintain target profit margins

· Perform quality control inspections and enforce company standards

· Identify and manage job changes, risks, and field issues proactively

· Maintain accurate and organized job documentation and reporting

· Lead, manage, and hold field teams and subcontractors accountable

· Ensure a professional, safe, and efficient jobsite environment

· Generate and review production and performance reports

· Collaborate with leadership team on operations and planning

· Support team training, development, and performance improvement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction production or operations
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience leading crews, subcontractors, or project managers
• Strong understanding of job costing, budgeting, and profitability
• Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to anticipate issues and drive solutions proactively
• Experience with both exterior and interior work, including but not limited to:
• Roofing
• Siding
• Mitigation / restoration
• General remodeling
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable working with homeowners and maintaining a high level of professionalism

• Clear accountability across crews and subcontractors

Compensation

• Base Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 (based on experience)
• Performance Bonus: $150 per completed job (uncapped)
