The role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive and eager to build experience within Learning & Development while contributing to meaningful people development initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities: Assist with organising training sessions, including managing schedules, room bookings, presenter logistics, diary appointments and attendance tracking.
Act as a point of contact for training initiatives.
Support the coordination of launch emails, pre- and post-training communications, internal announcements and the sharing of learning materials.
Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in preparing data and materials for team presentations and reports.
Ideal Candidate: At least 6 months experience in an administrative, professional services or customer service role.
Strong attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
An interest in Learning & Development or people development initiatives.
The ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word (experience with Canva is a bonus).
Comfort using new technologies and AI tools.
