As an Analytics Solutions Senior Associate within the Card Data and Analytics team, you'll be part of the Strategy and Execution and Chief of Staff team supporting the Head of Card Data and Analytics. In this role you'll have the opportunity to work on and lead high-priority cross-team projects, interact with senior leaders and influence team dynamics.
Job Responsibilities:
Drive definition and execution of Card Data & Analytics strategic priorities as an objective thought partner to leadership. Lead cross-functional collaboration with data science, finance, product, and marketing to advance priority initiatives. Develop executive-ready, impactful presentations to influence stakeholders and drive decisions. Track, synthesize, and report progress, risks, and outcomes for strategic programs. Identify and execute opportunities to improve cross-team operating models and collaboration. Create senior executive communications (briefings, updates, narratives) with clear storytelling. Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs to ensure delivery accountability.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: 3+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, FinTech, investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance; or 2+ years of highly relevant experience. Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials. Exceptional interpersonal and storytelling communication skills for senior audiences. Strong analytical/problem-structuring skills; high intellectual curiosity and learning agility. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and executive materials. Experience with Jira and Agile delivery methodologies. Proven success influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
MBA or Master's program in analytical field (e.g. Statistics, Economics, Applied Math, Operations Research, other Data Science fields). MBB Consulting experience. Graduate degree in Business (MBA), Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in cross-functional collaboration, including influencing senior stakeholders and working with diverse teams. Familiarity with data, analytics, ML/AI techniques.
