Senior ML Engineer

Now a household name, this Irish scaleup are continuing to grow their R&D function… their product translates complex data into real‑time intelligence for companies globally.

You’ll be the specialist engineer on a high-impact data science team, taking experimental ML work and turning it into production‑ready, scalable software. This is an end‑to‑end role… hardening models, building deployment pipelines, shaping MLOps foundations, and ensuring AI features integrate reliably into a cloud‑native product used by global customers. You’ll work closely with data scientists, product, and engineering squads, with real ownership, autonomy, and a clear path to grow into leadership.

Open to candidates based anywhere in Ireland - remote setup within Ireland.

• 
  
• 6+ years’ experience building ML models in real production environments.
  
• Strong Python engineering skills, with a focus on optimisation and reliability.
  
• Hands‑on experience with cloud ML deployment (ideally AWS).
  
• Solid grounding in core ML methods plus strong NLP experience (embeddings, transformers).
  
• Familiarity with GenAI frameworks and patterns (e.g., LangChain, RAG).
  
• Experience building MLOps pipelines, retraining workflows, and monitoring/drift systems.
