Key Responsibilities Assist in cost planning, budgeting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle Prepare and manage subcontractor procurement, valuations, and payments Support the management of variations, change control, and final accounts Contribute to monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts Work closely with project teams to ensure commercial objectives are met Assist with risk and value management initiatives Requirements Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience in a Quantity Surveying role Experience working with a main contractor (Tier One or Tier Two preferred) Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline Strong commercial awareness and numerical skills Good communication and stakeholder management abilities Proficient in standard QS and MS Office software xcfaprz Benefits Competitive salary (€60k€70k DOE) Comprehensive benefits package (pension, healthcare, bonus, annual leave) Clear career progression within a Tier One contractor Exposure to high-profile projects in Dublin This role suits a driven QS looking to step up their career within a top-tier contracting environment.
