The RDC will operate in close collaboration with a 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) partner, and we are now looking for a Production Development Engineer to support our new location.
In this role, you will drive operational excellence by developing, optimizing, and standardizing processes across production, logistics, and supporting functions. You will play an essential role in the continuous development of our order-to-delivery processes and in strengthening the performance and efficiency of the RDC.
Identifying improvement opportunities across operational processes (production, material flow, warehousing, inbound and outbound logistics) and leading development initiatives from concept to implementation.
Supporting change management activities, including training, communication, and enabling successful adoption of new processes, systems, and tools.
Tracking, analyzing, and visualizing operational KPIs-including delivery performance, lead time, inventory accuracy, productivity, and safety metrics-to support data-driven decision making.
Translating operational data and insights into clear, actionable improvement plans that help strengthen daily execution.
Contributing to the implementation, optimization, and continuous development of operational systems (e.g., ERP, MES, WMS) to ensure that processes and data flows support evolving business needs.
A relevant degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a similar field. Proven experience in operations development, process engineering, industrial engineering, continuous improvement, or a similar role.
Solid understanding of Lean principles and structured problem-solving methods; Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively with operational data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
proficiency with Excel, Power BI, or similar analytical tools is an advantage.
Fluent written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
