We are looking for a welcoming, professional, and dedicated Hotel Receptionist, ready to deliver an exceptional guest experience, embody the identity of the hotel, and play a key role in the evolution of our establishment.

Your mission within the team:

As a Receptionist, you provide warm, professional, and attentive service, anticipating guests’ needs at every stage of their stay. You handle arrivals, departures, reservations, and billing, while assigning rooms and offering essential information about the hotel and the area. You prepare daily reports, manage special requests, and resolve delicate situations to ensure guest satisfaction. You apply current policies and standards, collaborate closely with all departments, and contribute to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Your signature welcome:

You hold a diploma in accommodation or hospitality and have at least 3 years of experience in reception or customer service. You are fully bilingual, as our hotel welcomes an international clientele and English is essential to ensure smooth and clear communication for all our guests. You have strong computer skills (Excel, Word), and knowledge of the Lightspeed system is an asset. You are available during the day, in the evening, on weekends (Saturday and Sunday mandatory), on holidays, as well as one full weekday.
