The Coinbase Machine Learning team is pioneering the development of advanced ML models designed to heighten our platform's security, personalize user recommendations, and elevate the overall user experience. We aim to create scalable, adaptive ML systems that empower users to navigate the exciting cryptocurrency market. Key Responsibilities: Develop, deploy, and seamlessly manage machine learning models and pipelines at scale.
Engage in innovative research projects that utilize state-of-the-art ML technologies to address real-world issues.
Collaborate with senior engineers and product teams to investigate new ML applications within the blockchain ecosystem.
What We Seek: A Ph.D. candidate with practical research experience in machine learning.
Robust software engineering skills.
Proficiency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Familiarity with essential ML techniques (e.g., supervised and unsupervised learning).
A strong commitment to learning and adapting to new technologies and challenges.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience or knowledge of the cryptocurrency landscape, including on-chain activities, Ethereum interactions, ENS usage, and engagements with dApps or blockchain services.
A keen interest in advanced machine learning techniques such as deep neural networks, GANs, GNNs, and time series modeling.
