Employees residing and working from home in California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will receive a bi-weekly internet expense reimbursement. Humana will provide the necessary telephone equipment to meet the business requirements for your position. Work from a dedicated environment free from interruptions to safeguard member PHI / HIPAA information. Travel: While this position is remote, occasional travel to Humana's offices may be necessary for training or meetings. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Compensation Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) roles at the time of posting. The pay range may vary based on geographic location and individual qualifications. $142,300 - $195,700 per year This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
