About the Role:
As a CBRE HVAC Mobile Engineer, you will be responsible for facility building maintenance focusing on retail sites within the DFW area. The primary responsibility will be HVAC maintenance and repair, with occasional support required in other trades such as plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance. The company provides a fully equipped vehicle, essential tools, fuel card, relevant technology and a branded uniform to support job performance.
What You'll Do:
Troubleshoot equipment failures, determine the best course of action for equipment modifications, and apply your expertise to maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems and associated equipment, including electrical distribution and plumbing systems.
You will be responsible for the replacement of components such as coils, motors, and compressors on rooftop units (RTUs), ranging in capacity from 5 to 20 tons
Must demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills in reviewing work orders, provide estimated time of completion and materials needed to complete the repair.
Maintain truck stock inventory to account for adequate supplies and tools.
Preform preventive maintenance work orders to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life; oversee repairs and emergency maintenance as needed.
Oversee compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
Operate company-issued vehicles in the execution of daily work responsibilities.
Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
Work within broad guidelines and policies.
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Prior experience working with rooftop units (RTUs) is strongly preferred.
Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver's license required.
Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Apple products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Service Channel experience is a plus.
Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.
Requires problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options and the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information. Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Fulfill the physical requirements associated with this role. This includes stooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs. Must be able to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Meeting & Events Coordinator position is $50,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Meeting & Events Coordinator position is $53,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
