Rubrik is seeking a skilled Solutions Architect with substantial expertise in Microsoft Azure to offer crucial technical direction and strategic insights to our cloud product team. In this engaging role as a Sales Engineer focusing on our cloud offerings, you will be pivotal in driving revenue for our product line by crafting and executing our technical go-to-market strategy and managing key technical pre-sales activities for high-value accounts. You will play a fundamental role in designing, positioning, and promoting Rubrik's premier cloud data management and security solutions to a wide array of clients, including enterprise, mid-market, and small business customers throughout North America. Your Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership and strategic direction to Rubrik, clients, and prospective customers by developing and advocating for our innovative cloud-native data protection solutions.
Act as a trusted technology advisor to customers, utilizing your public cloud expertise to effectively communicate Rubrik's capabilities.
Lead technical sales discussions, gather customer feedback, and identify pertinent market trends.
Evaluate sales opportunities based on customer technical requirements, competitive landscape, decision-making processes, and funding considerations.
Regularly collaborate with product management to align product roadmaps with customer demands.
Contribute to the development of marketing and sales materials, ensuring alignment with customer needs while maintaining technical accuracy.
Assist in developing and delivering technical training for Rubrik, channel partners, and sales architects.
Promote the adoption of Rubrik's cloud-native solutions across the organization and the broader public cloud ecosystem.
Preferred Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in sales engineering within a Cloud or Unstructured Data environment, with a proven record of success.
Proficiency with AWS, GCP, private cloud infrastructures, and security solutions is highly beneficial.
A proactive and driven individual.
