We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT Manager to lead and develop their technology environment, ensuring secure, reliable and high-performing systems that support day-to-day operations and future growth. This is a broad, hands-on role covering IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, service delivery and strategic planning, alongside ownership of vendor relationships and technology projects.

You will oversee IT operations across servers, networks, cloud services and end-user support, while driving improvements in system performance, security and compliance. The role also involves shaping IT strategy, managing budgets and leading key initiatives such as system upgrades, cloud migrations and infrastructure enhancements.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, a structured approach to IT governance and security, and proven experience managing suppliers and delivering projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven IT leader to make a tangible impact within a growing organisation.
