We’re looking for enthusiastic Residential Support Workers to join our team in Southampton!

Your RoleAs a Residential Support Worker, you will:
- Provide flexible and individualized care packages for our children and young adults.
- Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with the young people in your care.
- Promote, safeguard, and protect the welfare of our young people.
- Encourage the development of individual interests and skills.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Experience working with children and young people, along with an understanding of the challenges they face.
- Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including 24-hour shifts with sleep-ins.
- A willingness to pursue a Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma or equivalent, with the goal of upgrading to a Level 4 diploma.
- A full UK driving license and access to a car for travel purposes.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- A commitment to learning and personal development.
- A readiness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (which we will cover).
