Salary: Starting at £27,803.20, with potential earnings up to £34,523.20 including sleep-in shifts.
Are you a dynamic and inspirational leader ready to make a difference? We are seeking a Residential Home Team Leader to join our dedicated team at Bayview, located in the heart of Capernwray, Carnforth. In our family-oriented children's home, you'll work closely with a small group of young people, helping them thrive and succeed.
Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Team Leader, you will:
- Guide and support young people aged 8-18 facing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
- Ensure a safe, secure, and nurturing environment that promotes positive growth.
- Assist the Registered Manager in daily operations and contribute to the home's outstanding reputation.
- Step in for the Registered Manager when needed, ensuring continuity of care and leadership.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A full UK driving license.
- Your Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People.
- A passion for making a positive impact in the lives of young people.

In this role, you will also:
- Manage staff fairly and consistently, minimizing turnover.
