What will you be doing? -Take strategic ownership of full product lifecycles, from concept through to production and in-service support -Lead the design and development of advanced mechanical systems aligned with certification and regulatory standards -Oversee prototype builds, testing programmes and data-driven design improvements -Guide suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality, cost control and on-time delivery -Produce and approve detailed CAD models, manufacturing drawings and technical documentation
