Job Title: Salesforce Engagement Manager Job Location: Cleveland, OH (Hybrid Must)
Key Responsibilities Project Lifecycle Management Manage end-to-end projects including planning scoping resourcing deliverables and risk management Client Relationship Management Act as the primary interface setting expectations providing guidance and fostering relationships as a trusted advisor Commercial Financial Ownership Handle SOW Statement of Work creation contract negotiations budget management and project profitability Pre-Sales Support Assist in RFPs solution proposals and demos to secure new business Delivery Excellence Ensure technical quality supervise progress and align solutions with Salesforce best practices Team Leadership Guide technical teams architects and developers while coaching junior resources
Typical Qualifications Experience Several years of experience in Salesforce consulting project management or professional services selling Platform Knowledge Strong understanding of Salesforce products Sales Service Cloud technologies Skills Consultative selling Agile methodology stakeholder management and strong analytical skills Education Bachelors degree in Business Technology or related field In essence the role is a blend of Project Manager Consultant and Sales Support focused on ensuring both customer success and project profitability
