*Midland Sports Rehab and Active Orthopedics* is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and goal-oriented *Physical Therapist (PT)* to join our expanding outpatient team.
We pride ourselves on a multidisciplinary approach to wellness. Our core treatment model integrates *Physical Therapy and Chiropractic Care*, supported by a robust suite of services including massage therapy, assisted stretching, acupuncture, and athletic training. Our mission is simple: improve physical health and quality of life through personalized, evidence-based rehabilitation.

*Key Responsibilities*
* *Patient Care:* Evaluate and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for a diverse patient load.
* *Specialized Rehab:* Lead orthopedic, post-operative, and sports injury rehabilitation.
* *Collaboration:* Work alongside our Chiropractors and wellness staff to ensure a seamless, "whole-person" patient experience.
* *Community Impact:* Represent the clinic at local events, including races and athletic training support for local high schools.
* *Education:* Empower patients with the knowledge and tools needed for injury prevention and long-term recovery.
* *Documentation:* Maintain accurate, timely clinical records to ensure high-quality care standards.
