We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a Tier 1 contractor on a landmark 400-unit residential development in Shankill, South Dublin. The project spans three blocks and includes a mix of RC frame, blockwork, and high-spec internal finishes.

Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day site operations across RC frame, blockwork, and internal fit-out phases
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure programme, quality, and safety targets are met
- Liaise with project teams, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain site records, progress reports, and compliance documentation
- Drive productivity and resolve site issues proactively
- Proven experience managing RC frame, blockwork, and internals on large-scale residential projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor experience preferred
- Excellent understanding of construction sequencing and site logistics
- Health & Safety focused with a commitment to quality delivery
- Work on a high-profile development in South Dublin
