Artemis Human Capital is currently partnering with a highly regarded firm as they seek to expand their Transaction Services team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional with strong financial due diligence or deals experience who is keen to work on a wide range of M&A transactions across both Irish & international markets.
You’ll be joining a collaborative & well-established team, gaining exposure to interesting & complex due diligence projects whilst continuing to develop your career.
The Role
- Prepare clear & insightful reports for clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients & internal stakeholders.
Candidate Criteria
- Previous experience within Transaction Services/Financial Due Diligence/Deal Advisory.
- Strong analytical & financial skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
