Drupal Backend Developer , you will utilize your expertise in custom module development, API integration, and site building to create robust digital experiences. You'll be working with cutting-edge tools, including Acquia Cloud IDE and Drupal AI. Responsibilities Develop and maintain custom Drupal modules that enhance core functionality to meet specific business needs. Implement and optimize API integrations for seamless information exchange across systems. Build and configure Drupal sites following best practices for performance, security, and scalability. Effectively collaborate within the Acquia platform ecosystem, including Cloud IDE and related tools. Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Stay updated with emerging Drupal technologies, particularly AI features and Canvas capabilities. Requirements Strong understanding of Drupal architecture, core concepts, and development best practices. Experience in developing custom modules and extending Drupal functionality through coding. Proven ability to implement and consume APIs within Drupal environments. Proficiency in Drupal site building, including content types, taxonomies, and configuration management. Familiarity with the Acquia platform and its product ecosystem, including Cloud IDE. Understanding of Drupal's API structure and methods for information exchange. Experience in Drupal frontend development, Drupal AI, or Drupal Canvas is a plus. Individual compensation will depend on geographic location, experience, and other relevant factors. Most candidates are hired at a salary within this range.
