Support the purchase, registration and sale of donor cars to end clients in a manner that demonstrates, "Everything is Important." Be a part of our Global Client Experience team who offer white glove service to our wonderful clients. What You'll Do:
Support the sale of donor cars through the execution of wholesale orders from partners through to the finance team Update donor car vehicle data into Sales Force and internal SharePoint, detailing all the attributes for each vehicle purchased Support sale of donor vehicles with the Client Experience team through the creation of brochures and sale invoices Support in the completion of registration documentation and onwards shipping to end client Support at offsite location in movement, collection and delivery of vehicles Support registration of US vehicles for US clients, along with specific California requirements Support monthly dealer reporting for Pacific Motors Reflect the values of the Singer brand in all customer and internal interactions supporting our value of, "Everything is Important." Who We're Looking For:
3 years of prior experience in highly detailed work Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient with computers, computer programs and the internet Bonus Points for Associate's Degree Team oriented, strong ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment and to multiple deadlines Strong organizational, problem-solving, and collaborative skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and efficiently within and across departments Location & Schedule:
This is a part-time position (24-30 hours per week) in-person in Torrance, CA. Part-time employees are not eligible for our full benefits and time off offerings. What We Offer:
