This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional with strong financial due diligence or deals experience who is keen to work on a wide range of M&A transactions across both Irish & international markets.
You'll be joining a collaborative & well-established team, gaining exposure to interesting & complex due diligence projects whilst continuing to develop your career.
The Role Working closely with the senior team, you will: Lead & support buy-side & sell-side financial due diligence assignments.
Analyse financial performance & identify key deal drivers & risks.
Prepare clear & insightful reports for clients.
Manage multiple engagements & support project delivery.
Build strong relationships with clients & internal stakeholders.
Candidate Criteria To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will ideally possess: A relevant qualification (ACA/ACCA/CFA).
Previous experience within Transaction Services/Financial Due Diligence/Deal Advisory.
Strong analytical & financial skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
