Manufacturing & Lab Support Engineer

We are seeking a Manufacturing and Lab Support Engineerto provide technical IT support across manufacturing and laboratory environments. The ideal candidate will support project execution, application environments, and ensure systems are secure, reliable, and compliant with industry standards.

This role requires strong expertise in IT infrastructure, application environments, laboratory systems, and lifecycle management within regulated environments.

1. 
   

2. Provide day-to-day IT supportfor manufacturing and laboratory projects.

   
   

3. Install and configure operating systems and application environments.

   
   

4. Perform software testing and verificationto ensure systems operate without runtime errors or bugs.

   
   

5. Conduct system recovery testing, imaging, and data backup procedures.

   
   

6. Provide technical guidance and support to OT, Engineering, Validation, Quality, and 24/7 IT support teams.

   
   

7. Support the design and build of secure, scalable, and highly available application environments.

   
   

8. Develop technical documentationrequired for SDLC processes and maintain knowledge base articles for support teams.

2. Support system build, installation, configuration, and qualification, often working alongside third-party system integrators or equipment suppliers.

   
   

3. Troubleshoot and triage issues related to software, operating systems, hardware, networks, or scientific equipment interfaces.

   
   

4. Provide support for validation and qualification processes.

2. Understanding of GAMP qualification processes, including:

2. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field. xcfaprz

   
   

3. Experience working in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences environments(preferred).
