Clinica Sierra Vista, one of the largest Federally Qualified Health Centers in California , is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified OB/GYN to join our expanding Women’s Health program in Bakersfield, CA .

Position Summary

We are seeking an OB/GYN Physician to join our expanding Women’s Health program. This position provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care within a collaborative group practice dedicated to bringing high-quality services in the outpatient and in-patient setting to the underserved population in Central Valley.

New and Recent Graduates Are Welcome.
We offer a supportive, mentorship-oriented environment with support for board-certification preparation and professional development.

Practice Highlights

• Physician-Led group of 7 OB/GYN physicians

• 3 clinic-based Nurse Practitioners supporting outpatient care

• Shared call schedule

• Protected post-call day

• ~3 clinic days per week

• Dedicated GYN surgery block time

• Home-call structure for improved lifestyle

Hospital Resources

• Deliver at one hospital

• Robotic surgery available (optional)

New graduates welcome-mentorship available

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $380,000 – $420,000 annual salary

• 3% annual merit increase

• Retention Bonus: Up to $150,000 , can be applied toward mortgage/home purchase ( Mortgage Subsidy ).

• Pay for Performance - Productivity Incentive

• Relocation Assistance: Up to $20,000

Additional benefits include:
