1:5 Call | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM | 3 Clinic Days + 1 OR Day | No NICU

With a 1:5 call rotation , defined clinic hours, dedicated OR time, and no NICU coverage, this role is built for sustainability and long-term practice stability.

Schedule & Lifestyle Structure

• 3 days per week in clinic

• 1 dedicated OR day

• Option to add a 4th clinic day for additional income

• Clinic hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

• Shared call: 1 in 5

• Approximately 1 weekend every 5 weeks

• No NICU or PICU coverage

• Post-call flexibility

• Strong nursing and APP support

Compensation & Benefits

• Total comp with production: $500,000+

• Sign-on bonus + relocation assistance

• 5 weeks PTO + paid CME leave
