Job Description At Oracle Health, we are pioneering advancements in healthcare through innovative technology. We are on the lookout for a Senior Software Engineering Manager to guide a talented and diverse team focused on healthcare reimbursement, patient accounting, and revenue cycle management (RCM). In this vital role, you will define our strategic vision, oversee product development and delivery, and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement an AI-driven approach throughout the product lifecycle. This leadership role is crucial for fostering innovation and improving financial performance in health technology. Job Responsibilities Oversee a large-scale cloud service that handles billions of transactions efficiently.
Provide strategic direction and leadership for a team of engineers and architects.
Develop and prioritize a comprehensive roadmap of product features and operational requirements.
Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of roadmap commitments.
Assist in the development of Task Orders for our Federal customers.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to effectively manage cross-organizational dependencies.
Regularly inform executive management on project statuses and progress.
Monitor cloud service health and proactively resolve potential issues to maintain service reliability.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in leading and developing software engineering teams.
Experience in creating commercially available multi-tenant cloud services.
Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures.
Ability to articulate clear documentation for product roadmaps and engineering strategies.
US Citizenship is required along with the capability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of how AI can improve product development and operational processes.
Experience with patient accounting systems.
Responsibilities As a leader within the software engineering division, you will utilize your architecture expertise to manage tasks related to the development, debugging, and design of software applications, operating systems, and databases, following established specifications. You will also strive for enhancements within existing architectures and propose innovative improvements. Disclaimer: Some customer-facing roles in the US may require adherence to health mandates. Compensation Range:
USD $118,300 to $251,600 per annum, along with potential eligibility for bonuses and equity.
