Silverdale, Washington Seeking a urologist to meet the needs of this high-growth service area for St. Michael's Medical Center, a premier hospital within the Virginia Mason/Franciscan Health System.

• BE/BC with American Board of Urology

• Full-time, employed position with VMFH

• Position offers a wide variety of general urology cases, to include outpatient clinics and OR time

• Joining a group of 4 Urologists and 1 PA-C

• Call is 1:7 shared with an aligned group

• Offering a two-year salary guarantee over $600,000, transitioning to wRVU in third year with the ability to earn above 75%tile
