Ascension St. Vincent Brownsburg OB is seeking to add an experienced OBGYN for a split position, involving .6 clinical in the office and .4 Hospitalist.

The OB Physician/Hospitalist will be responsible for:

• Management of labor up to and including delivery, as requested by generalist physicians
• Urgent postpartum care as requested by the assigned physician
• Caring for all unassigned patients who present to the OB Unit or Emergency Room
• Triage of all patients who present to the unit unless directly admitted
• When necessary perform cesarean deliveries
• Perform circumcisions
• Communicate with Maternal Fetal Medicine on consults & actions when requested
• Level IV hospital and nursery
• Level IV maternity center and NICU
• 24hr dedicated OB anesthesia
• Outpatient Office hours as needed
• Rapidly growing suburban market with mostly private payer mix
• Location includes – Womens & Infants Hospital/86 Street Campus
