This role is part of their roofing and waterproofing division, helping drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced IMS Administrator & Data Analyst to manage and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS), covering Quality, Compliance, and Health & Safety. You will also provide data‑driven insights to support decision‑making, risk management, and performance improvement across the division. This role reports to the Divisional HS Manager & Compliance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Integrated Management System (IMS) Administration
- Manage & maintain systems and documentation of the divisional Safety Strategy ‘Think Safe, Act Safe’ and Safety Management System (SMS).
- Maintain and update documentation for ISO 45001 and ISO 37301.
- Coordinate IMS document control, versioning, approvals, and accessibility across departments.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, industry, and customer‑specific requirements.
- Manage corrective and preventive action systems (CAPA) and track closure.
- Support risk management processes including hazard identification, environmental aspects, and compliance risks.
- Facilitate and support external, internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
- Maintain records, logs, registers, and evidence repositories (digital + physical).
- Oversee training and competence records within the IMS.
Data Analysis & Performance Reporting
- Collect, validate and analyse data relating to Quality, Compliance, H&S, and operational performance.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and trend analyses (e.g., defects, incident rates, audit findings).
- Lead data deep‑dives to identify root causes and performance improvement opportunities.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management review meetings.
- Maintain master data integrity across H&S & Compliance systems.
Health & Safety (HS) Support
- Maintain and improve the H&S data collections processes and system.
- Maintain and improve data driven reports and presentations for management reviews.
- Work with business unit and site teams to collect and analyse H&S performance data.
- Maintain the division SMS policies, standards, procedures, guidance, and KPI records.
- Analyse KPI trends (AIR , LTAs, near misses, unsafe conditions and acts, Behavioural Safety Visits, etc.).
- Support the division communications strategy and training programmes.
- Ensure timely closure of H&S corrective actions and follow‑up.
Compliance Management Support
- Maintain Compliance Reporting, working with business units for data collection and correlation, and presentation for management review.
- Develop standard metrics with corresponding dashboards.
- Communicate Compliance information within the division.
- Support Compliance Audits and resolution of non‑conformances to defined time‑frames.
- Support implementation of ISO 37301 compliance requirements:
- obligations management
- compliance risk assessments
- monitoring and reporting
- Support identification and management of regulatory changes relevant to manufacturing operations.
- Support due diligence activities and compliance verification within business units.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science or related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in an IMS, Quality, Compliance, or HSE role within manufacturing.
- Experience with ISO standards (ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 required; others advantageous).
- Microsoft office skills (advanced): Word (document creation and formatting), PowerPoint (presentation creation and formatting), Outlook (email management and scheduling).
- Technically proficient and experienced with SMS/QMS/IMS software or ERP systems.
- Full clean driving licence and ability to travel to sites.
- NEBOSH or equivalent safety qualification.
- Experience in regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., REACH, RoHS, product‑specific laws).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability.
- Data modelling, data visualisation, and KPI development.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality techniques.
- Document control and audit management.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence without authority.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proactive, self‑driven, and improvement‑focused.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
