We are looking for a skilled individual to set up and operate computer numerically controlled (CNC) and manual machines . Your expertise will be crucial in performing machining operations that meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.

• Read and interpret process sheets, blueprints, and sketches to determine machining requirements.
• Download programs from a DNC storage system and interpret work instructions.
• Select and install appropriate tooling for various operations.
• Calculate feeds and speeds for different materials including steel, copper, and aluminum.
• Perform quality inspections and apply Lean Manufacturing principles to enhance productivity.
• Visually inspect final components and ensure proper boxing for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to company policies.
• Actively participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives.

• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and a time-served background in machining.
• Relevant Health and Safety awareness, with experience in the oil and gas industry preferred.
• Familiarity with machine control systems such as Fanuc, Mazak, and Haas.
• Proficiency in precision inspection equipment and the ability to hold tight machining tolerances.
• Self-motivated with strong facilitation skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.

• HNC Engineering preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a lean-manufacturing environment.
