Addison County Home Health and Hospice is currently seeking an Occupational Therapist. At ACHHH you can experience the independence and satisfaction of one-to-one patient care in a supportive professional environment. You will provide occupational therapy to agency patients based on a plan of treatment developed by the therapist and approved by the physician. Efficiently manage a patient caseload.
A current Vermont Occupational Therapy license required.

The town of Middlebury is the largest community in the county and is the home of Middlebury College. ACHHH is a non-profit home care agency that has been serving the needs of Addison County since 1968. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $84,000.00 - $87,360.00 per year
