Your Role: As a Senior 3rd Line IT Engineer, you'll be a key player in ensuring our IT operations run smoothly, supporting both internal teams and external clients. Your responsibilities will include: ✔ 3rd Line IT Support - Act as the escalation point for the 1st and 2nd Line teams. ✔ Infrastructure Management - Design, implement, and maintain servers, storage, networking, and vitalisation technologies. ✔ System Performance & Troubleshooting - Proactively monitor and resolve system issues to ensure optimal performance. ✔ Security & Compliance - Implement security best practices and ensure industry compliance. ✔ Technical Leadership - Provide guidance to teams and end-users while documenting configurations, processes, and solutions. ✔ Innovation & Improvement - Assess and recommend new technologies to enhance efficiency and scalability.

What We're Looking For:

🎯 A problem-solving mindset with a passion for IT infrastructure and support. 🎯 Strong experience with Windows Server, Azure (delivery), Active Directory, Networking, Vitalisation (VMware/Hyper-V), and Office 365. 🎯 Ability to manage and resolve complex IT challenges in a fast-paced environment. 🎯 Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
