We're looking for an Application Support Engineer to join the development team of a reputable organisation that have been leading in their industry for over 20 years. Play a crucial role in supporting their flagship business application.
This will be onsite for 6 months but will eventually be a hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing support to the users and teams of the business applications.

Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues—no direct client interaction.

Working closely with development teams, presenting insights into potential issues.

Utilising SQL and JavaScript to investigate problems and support issue resolution.

Playing a key role in a brand-new position, designed to free up time for the developers.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in application or technical support (2nd line preferred).

Strong troubleshooting skills and a logical approach to problem-solving.

Knowledge of SQL and JavaScript for diagnosing and assisting with application issues.

Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to improve system stability.

A proactive mindset—someone who takes ownership of issues and sees them through.
