We are looking for an experienced leader to take charge of Netflix's global design and build portfolio for enterprise physical security technology across several divisions including Streaming and Studios. You will manage a distributed team of project managers and oversee a global network of service providers to implement top-notch, cloud-first security systems at scale. You will handle decision-making for global standards and vendor selections, oversee Revit/CAD-based design execution, and manage a substantial annual project portfolio. This program-focused role entails building and operating a high-performing delivery program backed by SLAs, KPIs, and data-driven reporting. Once projects are completed, you will transition them to the operations teams. Responsibilities: Lead the global security technology design & build program across multiple business sectors, ensuring seamless site assessment, commissioning, and handoff. Manage and coach a team of contract project managers; establish delivery SLAs/KPIs and enforce governance across the program. Define, publish, and maintain global security technology standards and device selection that align with risk management frameworks. Direct the vendor strategy and sourcing processes; oversee RFPs/RFIs, negotiate SOWs, and hold suppliers accountable for results. Manage the annual portfolio and budget, tracking expenses, ensuring change control, and realizing value. Oversee detailed design compliance including Revit/CAD-based reviews and ensure adherence to local codes and global standards. Govern overall project delivery by managing milestones, schedules, resource plans, and ensuring effective testing and commissioning before handoff. Ensure secure-by-design practices and integrations with Identity, IT, and Network systems. Work closely with diverse teams including Workplace, Real Estate, and Security Operations to minimize risks and ensure predictable outcomes. Establish reporting mechanisms for program and project health with actionable dashboards; maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Qualifications: 6+ years of experience managing large-scale, global physical security technology programs and portfolios. Proven ability to develop and run programs through others, with strong metrics and performance management skills. Familiarity with enterprise security technologies such as Genetec, visitor platforms, and cloud/SaaS architectures. Strong understanding of design and construction workflows, including Revit/CAD standards. Experience managing CapEx/OpEx portfolios of $10M+ on global projects. Expertise in vendor management, negotiations, and overseeing systems integrators across regions. Excellent leadership skills with a strong cross-functional collaboration background. Exceptional communication abilities and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel, depending on project requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant certifications such as PSP, PMP, CPP, or similar. Experience in the entertainment or tech sectors with a global perspective. Knowledge of ONVIF, UL/NFPA/TIA standards, and compliance with ISO 27001/SOC 2. How We Work:

Our compensation structure is straightforward, based solely on annual salary without bonuses. You can choose between salary and stock options each year, with the role offering between $215,000.00 and $340,000.00.
