Human Resources Operations Lead

We are currently partnering with a highly established to appoint an experienced HR Operations Team Lead to join their HR function. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated HR professional who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and delivering operational excellence within a fast-paced environment.

Location: Dublin 2 (Hybrid)

Reporting into senior HR leadership, you will oversee the day-to-day HR operations function, ensuring efficient service delivery, compliance with employment legislation, and continuous process improvement. You will act as a key point of contact for people-related matters while leading and developing an HR Administrator and supporting wider HR initiatives.

• Lead daily HR operations and provide strong team leadership
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and lifecycle administration
• Oversee probation, performance management, and compensation review processes
• Produce HR reports and analytics for leadership and business needs
• Manage employee leave administration and HR queries
• Review and enhance HR procedures, systems, and workflows
• Support policy development and HR projects
• Drive efficiencies through process and technology improvements

• Degree qualified in HR, Business, or related field
• 3+ years’ HR operations leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
• Proven track record in process improvement xcfaprz and service delivery
• Confident communicator with strong organisational and analytical skills
• Experience with HRIS platforms (People XD advantageous)
• Professional services experience beneficial but not essential
