Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory from trucks and containers.
- Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report any issues.
- Stock shelves and storage areas accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation processes.
- Adherence to all company safety rules and procedures is mandatory.
- Frequent lifting of boxes and products, up to 50 lbs, throughout the shift.
- Proper use of all designated PPE is required at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor position is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, requiring standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics .
- Willingness to follow all safety guidelines and wear required protective equipment.
